If it is not a pill, then a powder, a brand-new berry just discovered, or some liquid diet that will just melt those pounds away.

That is the barrage of emails that I receive in my inbox on a daily basis. I know that one thing is true, and it's that these things just don't work for any real length of time. I've been on different diets, no carb, low carb, veggies only, Dr This or That telling me to eat lots of meat, or never touch bread, it is just not realistic.
